Examination Structure & Selection Process
Academic Merit / Interview: Shortlisting is based primarily on academic merit in the qualifying exam, followed by an interview if required by RCI.
Document Verification: Verification of original academic certificates, identity proofs, and medical fitness.
Contract Execution & Police Verification: Submission of a valid Police Verification Certificate and signing of the formal apprenticeship contract on the portal.
- Educational Qualifications & Criteria
Graduate Apprentice: B.E./B.Tech in ECE, Instrumentation Engg., EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Chemical Engg., Metallurgical Engg., Safety Engg., Aeronautical Engg., Aerospace Engg., or Civil Engg.Technician Apprentice (Diploma): Diploma in ECE, Instrumentation Engg., EEE, CSE, Mechanical, Chemical Engg., Metallurgical Engg., or Safety Engg.
Trade Apprentice (ITI): ITI pass-out (NCVT/SCVT affiliated) in Fitter, Welder, Turner, Machinist, Mechanic-Diesel, Electronic-Mechanic, Electrician, COPA, Draughtsman (Mechanical), or Grinder.
Percentage Criteria: Minimum 70% marks or CGPA 7.5 and above in the qualifying examination, for passing years 2022 to 2026.
